WHAT DOES TIMELESS FLEURS MEAN?

• Our Timeless Fleurs are collection of real flowers which underwent a special Japanese treatment technique to last for years. If carefully maintained, our Timeless Fleurs are estimated to last up to 2 years.

WHERE DO YOU HARVEST YOUR FRESH FLEURS?

• We source majority of our flowers and inspirations from countries such as Japan, USA, UK and Ecuador. We also source some flowers locally from Baguio.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?

• Metro Manila delivery is for FREE.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE METRO MANILA?

• Yes. For Visayas and Mindanao, we recommend our Timeless Fleurs which can last for years in order maintain the beauty of the arrangement. We ensure that our quality is not compromised that is why we discourage our Fresh Fleurs outside Metro Manila since we are using a third party courier service for provincial deliveries.

• We also ship internationally via DHL.

• Additional charges may apply.

WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?

• We currently accept bank payments through BDO, BPI, PNB, Chinabank and Security Bank. We also accept credit card payment through PayPal.

• For international transactions, we accept Remitly, Western Union and LBC Money Padala. We do not offer Cash On Delivery.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

• Our origin is from the city of Marikina but we are currently transferring our physical store to the south of Metro Manila. 

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE BOXES AND ARRANGEMENTS?

• Yes. With our 5 years of experience in the industry, we catered to several events, occasions and PR services. We can customize boxes with your logo, color and size preference.
