Hand Delivery

The area served by our courier service includes all of Metro Manila. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day deliveries only, or if specified in advance via special request.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery in the Metro Manila area for an extra rush charge. The charge for same day rush delivery depends on our current order volume and the time you place an order. If your address is in our hand-delivery zone, you may place your order until 2pm Manila time.

Provincial Shipping

Large and Small Box Arrangement Shipping

Our Small and Large Box arrangements ship either via LBS or 2GO, depending on your location. All orders placed be before the typical 6PM Metro Manila cut off time will ship that same day. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Choose Your Delivery Date

When ordering all arrangements, we allow you to choose the specific date you'd like your order to be delivered on. Please note that while it is rare, our courier, at times, will deliver a package a day early if the shipment was sped up through their system.

Look for our delivery date picker as the last step when you choose your order of our long-lasting flowers.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international orders are shipped via DHL. The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced countries. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & FRAUD VERIFICATION

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who's order gets flagged via email.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement is inclusive of all duties and taxes for the country specified. Any changes to the order's ship-to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All Timeless Fleurs arrangements are eligible to ship outside the Philippines to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.

Delivery Time Frame and Fees

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the Philippines are shipped via DHL. Shipping times vary based on destination. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout.
